Exchange Policy
You can exchange your unworn, unwashed apparel items only.

To do so:

  • Place a new order for the tee you would like to exchange for (please make a note of your new order number). 

  • Send back your original tee with a note that includes BOTH your original order number as well as your new order number. 

  • Send to:

    To expedite your exchange please make sure all steps noted above are complete. 

    All vintage, one-of-a-kind, home goods and sale items are considered final sale.
    We do not offer refunds.

    

Changes to orders

We'll try our best to accommodate any changes to your orders but we cannot make any guarantees. Please double check your order before completing it. As always if something doesn’t look right, please email us within 24 hours to: info@denaartista.com

A few notes about shipping

We do not have a working relationship with USPS. Once our orders are taken to the Post Office, we have little control over the route or time it takes a package to be delivered. While nearly all items arrive quickly and without issue, occasionally USPS drops the ball and sends your package on a detour of a lifetime.


We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship Monday through Friday; you can expect your orders to typically ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 days once shipped. During busy times of the year (Holidays, Mother's Day, etc), our processing times may be extended. As usual, we’ll inform you once your order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship internationally to anywhere in the world. Shipping cost, however, is for postage alone. Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in country. Please note that most international packages will be sent via First Class International Mail which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, packages should arrive in 3-5 weeks. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately Mahina + Roux has no reach or control over this.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages. Always contact us directly with any issue.

Custom and personalized orders


We do our best to make our gift sets and kits customizable. But in your desired combo isn’t listed, let us know. We’d be happy to curate something you love! 

Gift wrapping and packaging


Yes. We offer gift boxing for $5 (please add at check-out!). You are able to personalize a note, too (prices vary).

My item arrived damaged.
Due to the nature of our products, using raw materials and assembling by hand — keep in mind, some products may not be uniform. We adore the charming beauty of individual personalities and hope you do to! While we do our best to eliminate defects we’re able to catch but because it is a human system, please email us with any issues or concerns: info@denaartista.com

Do you donate to any organizations?

We often donate to the causes local and abroad, that touch us near and dear. Portions of profits (up to one hundred percent!) of limited edition products, go to said efforts and non-profit causes.

I'm local, can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately we currently do not have a storefront and are unable to allow for local pickup. Our sincere apologies.

The item I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?
